Where is the restaurant located? Is there parking available?
Peijie Hotpot is located in the heart of Amsterdam Chinatown (Zeedijk, Amsterdam). Street parking is limited in the area, but there are several public parking garages nearby. We always recommend coming by bike or public transport if possible.

What type of menu does the restaurant offer?
We specialize in authentic Chongqing hotpot, featuring our signature spicy broth, traditional non-spicy options, and a wide variety of fresh meat, seafood, and vegetables.
 We also offer house-made dipping sauces and seasonal specials.

Do I need a reservation? How far in advance can I book?
Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends and larger groups. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance through our website. We also welcome walk-ins if space allows.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For group bookings (6+ guests), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation time.

Can I get a refund or reschedule my booking?
Yes. If you cancel within the allowed period, you can receive a refund or reschedule to another available date. Within 24 hours of your booking, cancellations are non-refundable.

Do you charge service fees or gratuity?
We do not add any service charges. Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated by our team.

Are drinks and wine available?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of soft drinks, teas, beers, and wines. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine for a corkage fee of €25 per bottle (maximum 2 bottles).

What is the dress code?
We want all our guests to feel comfortable. Casual wear is perfectly fine.

What is the largest party size available?
We can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests with advance booking. For private events or larger groups, please email us directly.

Are children allowed in the restaurant?
Yes! Families with children are welcome. Please note that we do not provide highchairs or a children’s menu, but many kids enjoy our mild broth options.

Can parties with separate bookings be seated together?
We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but this cannot be guaranteed during busy hours.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary preferences?
Yes, we will do our best. Please inform our staff of any allergies when making your reservation or upon arrival. We can prepare non-spicy broths and vegetarian options. However, due to the shared hotpot format, cross-contamination cannot always be fully avoided.
